Corporate Profile

NexImmune, Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company based in Gaithersburg, Maryland, developing T cell immunotherapies through its proprietary Artificial Immune Modulation (AIM) technology. AIM nanoparticles are designed to act as synthetic dendritic cells, delivering immune-specific signals that can activate or suppress targeted T cell responses. The platform supports both adoptive cell therapy and direct injectable (AIM INJ) approaches across oncology, autoimmune disease, and infectious disease.

The company advanced NEXI-001 and NEXI-002 in Phase 1/2 studies for relapsed acute myeloid leukemia after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant and for relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma, respectively. NexImmune has reported clinical and preclinical data supporting antigen-specific T cell activity, and continues to focus resources on its AIM INJ nanoparticle platform. Additional program history, scientific publications, and pipeline details are available on the corporate pipeline page and in the press release archive on this site.
